Technically, Luke doesn't have a ship. The only vehicles he has are his T16 Skyhopper (he plays with a model of it while 3PO is getting his oil bath) and his X 34 Landspeeder.
Han of course has the Millenium Falcon (YT 1300 Correlian Freighter), previously owned by Lando.

I am guessing you mean the Millennium Falcon but it is han and chewies ship not han and lukes, in the end of the movie luke flys an X-wing that is his ship (actually its the rebelions but its the only one he flys
