We could start by shooting all the Bullshitters, that means every country that does not have a democracy like us.
In another words the; Racist, Fascist, and Christian Fundamentalist, or Catholics.
That would give the REAL lives back not only to us, but the world and everyone would benefit, including you. You would not have envy of America anymore and you can go back to Africa where they cut heads and hands off routinely.

President Lincoln once said " No man can set foot on american soil and drink from the waters of the mighty Ohio River by force" part of the reason for this is the fact that in america the general population is armed and if we were ever invaded guns would become more readily available than they already are. you cant come to america with an invading force and expect to fight only the military you would be fighting the general public as well.
