If you play sports don't take steroids... they make you loose your hair... I actually heard about this pill you can take but I don' think its safe. I don't know what to do but I'll tell you what not to do...
Don't pig out and eat junk food... Eat fiber and protein
your time will come to grow your hair...
BTW : )Why are you in such a rush to grow a beard? I actually don't like guys with beards and when I make out with my boyfriend it itches my face...LOL

Dude don't rush it.If you don't like it or keep it as you get older its a pain in the a** to shave everyday.

if u have peach fuzz u can start shaving and itll eventually get darker and thicker.
