For the same reason the Little Mermaid comes out on DVD once every 5 years and then goes back into Disney's Vault. It's just to make more money with a "phenomenal comeback".

The money for both himself & Vince. I don't care how much better wrestlers other champions were - HULK HOGAN made wrestling and is 20 notches above anyone else ever considered an icon or legend.

Because he gets paid sooooooo much more than he is worth for these lousy matches...unlike Flair...who can still go 7 nights a week in the ring.....Hogan is limited to one a year...likely due to his excessive roid usage...which led to hip replacement.

Hogan takes the gigs to get the big paydays. Whenever he does a gig he gets paid as much as the wrestlers in the main event.

hulk is a has-been. he was once a colorful cartoon character who had a superficial appearance of being an big strong powerful man. it was just steriods. his body is a mess and his mind is totally deranged. i guess he is rich but like mohammed ali he paid the ultimate price for his wife and daughters. another sad hollywood "success" story. his theme coming into the ring should be "elinore rigsby" ....all those lonely people, where do they all come from?

Because he needs to feed his ego. Maybe that sounds like a smarta** answer but seriously, he has total creative control over his character so as long as he can come to terms with VKM, he will appear. Notice that it is usually at WMs. That is not a coincidence.

Because ... like he said in one of his shows... that he loves the sport... and that it is in his blood to wrestle. Every year he says is his last... I think to shut his family up! Only the man himself would know this one!

it,s because test,s partner of the tag team champion on Monday night raw wanted to go out, and have sex with,hogan,s 18 year old daughter, and he didn,t what that guy to be with his daughter, that is the fact, any other reason i would not rember but that was the #1 reason.

because Flair is still around and he needs money .. his wife and kids are sucking him dry - Hogan is the one funding his daughter's singing career.. and as long as Flair is still around wrestling Hogan will come back ... he wants to be out do the Nache
