Do not take Xanax while pregnant or, for that matter, after you give birth as it tends to remove you from reality.

Xanax is is very powerful addictive drug. If you are having anxiety problems then go to your doctor and see if he/she can give you something that is safe for your baby. Or try relaxation techniques.

Yes, you should only take medication that your doctor says is safe. Xanax could be very dangerous for your unborn child.
