Black Sails, hands down. It's all hardcore, punk, dark, fast, great soaring guitar, and awesome lyrics in one great album. Its a classic.
Also its where the chant "Through our bleeding, we are one" came from. It's also got my faves, "Malleus Maleficarum", "Porphyria" and ofcourse "The Prayer Position" and "God Called In Sick Today".
