How long does it take after conception until you start having symptoms for being pregnant and what are they?

I think I'm probably have period symptoms since its only a little under a week away, but then again I have no clue what the pregnancy symptoms are and so I was just wondering!!

Depends on the individual but it often happens around your first missed period. Tender nipples and frequent urination are the two symptoms that have alerted me.

Most of "pregnancy symptoms" are mostly in your head at the very beginning, especially if you are trying to get pregnant. Usually it's not until after a missed period and a few weeks later until you actually start to "feel" pregnant. Soar breast, tiredness, morning sickness, feeling bloated, being moody, urinating frequently also spotting or light period may be a sign.

could be up to two months after...the first sign/symptom is going to be your missed period (probably). Also, women tend to convince themselves that they are having symptoms when they think they may be pregnant.

some women never experience symptoms of pregnancy- but many have morning sickness breast tenderness and growth frequent urination, some spotting, some light cramping, etc.
