Wouldn't it be great if they both worked together. Why would that be such a bad thing?

Ya ever really hung around the public there Lobo? Not much value. Most of "the public" are apathetic little toadies that will vote for entitlement until they are fat and the country is broke.
And Republicans don't believe in the corporation over the little guy any more than you do. We just believe if you make it good for you we shouldn't take it from you and give it to the fat lazy baby factory glued to Springer.

It really isn't such a bad thing. Corporations tend to make healthy donations to campaign funds of politicians. Republicans love money. They tend to be more concerned about the stock price than if someone loses their job.
As long as the price of oil keeps rising, people like bush and cheney will love it. Their interests in big oil will flourish at the expense of the working people.
Demz tend to be more social oriented. They care more about working people and want to ensure that they have jobs and healthcare.
Overall, its not really a bad thing on either side. With the right balance, it makes things work.

The generalizations you have provided of both parties is unfair. There are Democrats that are just as concerned for the welfare of corporate America, and Republicans that care about the public. In fact, I think both parties care about both agendas. Why can we not begin serious dialog about how to protect both? Why can't we turn speech from attack, to resolution? It's up to each of us an individuals.

Im sorry I have to disagree with your logic because youre a little misguided. I think youre referring to the connection between the Republican Party and corporate america and defense contractors. However, you cant really bring that up without mentioning the connection between the Democratic Party and Union officials and medical contractors. I understand you feel passionate about this but I think that your passion is outweighing the information you have right now. Nobodies perfect its about what environment they do best in. BTW We preferr to referr to the third parties by the names Libertarian, Constitution, Populus, and Green.

Republicans worry about the 1% that heads the machine, Democrats worry about the 99% who run the machines. A political party should fight for the low man on the totem pole, as well as the chief who already has their features emblazoned for all to see.

You must be a puppy. When you grow up and learn some things about life, you may see the folly of your sadly misinformed comment. Libs sometimes change their perspective as they age and gain some wisdom. Sadly, many choose to go through life totally uninformed until the end. Don't go that route.
