Quite honestly, withdrawing amniotic fluid is actually a very very risky procedure, not worth the risk, unless you are after the premature birth range...in that case, withdraw away.
Withdrawing amniotic fluid is known to cause stillbirths and miscarriages, and is devistating, and for what?
