It's been a long time since fourth grade history but I'll take a shot at it...
The colonies were founded in the 17th century by those fleeing religious persecution by the King of England. In short order leaders such as Cotton Mather advanced their own (much stronger brand) or persecution (gaze narrowly at me will ye, watch while I burn this young girl alive for playing with dolls and other instruments of Lucifer).
The colonies found violence to their own a bit limiting so as they grew they embarked upon a 200 year campaign of genocide and breech of contract with Mother England. Later Abe Lincoln freed the slaves, FDR served four terms, Jack Kennedy was shot in Dallas, Bill Clinton did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewenski and W failed to find WMD's in Iraq. But don't quote me on that... It's been a long time.

extra considerable than micro organism? nicely that relies upon on who--or what--you ask. value is a relative cost. speaking as a man or woman, i could could desire to assert that specific, we are extra considerable. perchance it is species-ist of me, if I have been a horse i could think of the guy horses in my herd have been fantastically considerable. And if I have been a micro organism...nicely, micro organism do no longer think of in any respect. there is not any absolute time-honored of value. what's considerable is given which potential by potential of the guy holding that cost. For what it concerns, I take place to consider you in regards to the "fancy apes" remark. yet while your nihilism leads you to end that humanity concerns no extra advantageous than the different species, my optimism leads me to the different end: that there is lots progression forward human beings, and that as a species we are able to proceed to steer extra suited and extra suited lives interior the lengthy run. while the nihilist sees the destiny as bleak and meaningless, I see it as vivid and stuffed with infinite opportunities. i think it relatively is all an issue of perspective.
