Tubal adhesions, perhaps? Adhesions are simply scar tissue. Nothing bad, but if you've previously had surgery on anything there (removal of cysts, tubal ligations, etc) you can develop adhesions. They can be painful, but it's not anything life threatening, generally. But of course, like anything pertaining to your health, check with the doctor to be certain.
