Is it possibe that two prokaryotic organisms show phenotypic similarities, but do not share close relatedness? Explain your answer. Thanks to all of you!

They can look alike (phenotypic similarities) and still have major genetic differences (genotypic dissimilarities), and that would indicate that they are not closely related.

Yes, that's called convergent evolution, where two not-very-related organisms can develop a certain trait.

i dont understand this terminology [ do you ]? but i think i can give you an example.
Atlantic salmon and pacific salmon look very similar but they do not mate because they are NOT related
