If this doesn't work, there may be a place on the Internet, like the show's website, where they have a list of previous contenders and their hometowns. Before the days of cell phones, all you had to do was know hometown and name and you could just use the white pages and contact them if their information wasn't unlisted. But now, most cell phones aren't listed through the white pages and if they don't have a landline then forget about it.
