No. If there were than it would be a well-known fact that aliens exist.

Yes and No...
On the Earth there are millions of books that describe an all powerful being who created the Earth and everything on it (among other things) in a very short period of time. Now, without getting weird on you, If that being created the Earth, then he did not live upon Earth at the time.
If you live on Earth, you are an "Earthling", by definition of the word. If you do not live on Earth, and you are alive in some form or another, then by popular understanding of the word, you are an "Alien". So, several millions of folks here on Earth believe in Aliens, or an Alien, but don't actually think of it exactly like that.
Now, to push the Emergency Stop button, No, I don't think that there is any actual hard proof you can go look at. Does make a heck of a good theory though, doesn't it? I mean, the possibility of other life out there is real enough...it is just the "timing" issue that kills the whold deal. The Earth, for example, is some 4 Billion years old. In that 4 Billion years Man has only just now (Say within the last 50 Years) reached a high enough level of intelligence to be able to communicate and travel short distances across space in our Solar System. Now that is 50 out of 4 Billion years for our Earth.
Now, take the five, ten, or 100 planets in some other solar systems which might have the total package of requirements to support life. Which of those has their time schedule exactly paralleling ours in developmental time? I don't know. For example, on one, man (or his equivalent) might just now be in the Stone Age, relatively speaking. So, chances that we will have telegrams back and forth, or EMail, or visits in little space craft are far from realistic. Throw in the relative distances involved, like maybe 50 - 100 light years or more, and things just get way out of hand...Send a message and it will get there eons of time later, but the recipient is just now discovering the wheel, or that planet is just then going through their Ice Age.
Alien Life...possible
Communication with them...really narrow possibility
Visits with them...only in science fiction novels

Well, obviously not, because then we wouldn't have any doubt.
However, the number of people who claim to have seen aliens is way too high to ignore.
Crop circles are yet to be explained. Some of the smaller ones have been identified as pranks, but there are huge crop circles through out Europe which could not have been completed by pranksters overnight.
The Rosewell Incidence and area 51 have always been said to be alien related, because of eyewitnesses, and obvious government cover ups. However, with all the trouble the government has gone through to cover up the incident, it's more likely they're covering up their own actions, perhaps military experiments or such.
Many people speak of alien abductions. I doubt that they are all frauds.
And lastly, space is a very large place. If there isn't any life out there, it sure would be an awful waste of space. (That's from a movie)

No there is not. There was thought to be a formation that looked like a face on Mars, but after a high resolution picture was taken it turned out to just be a pile of rocks.
There is sometimes liquid water on Mars so there may be bacteria like lifeforms, but even that hasn't been proven yet.

YES, THERE ARE ALIENS!!! AND THEY DID AT ONE POINT IN TIME SAVE THE HUMAN RACE FROM ANNIHILATION . IF ONE WERE TO TYPE "ANCIENT NUCLEAR WAR" IN THE SEARCH ENGINE ONE WILL FIND WE ARE NOT ALONE IN THE UNIVERSE!!!!

they think there is one proof, the found a face at mars.. like it was in the ground, and like someone carved it.... it was freaky... look it up :)

its possibale that there is life in other planets or galexies out there. its also possibale there is an earth like planet out there
