No. It will not 'hurt'. It will however take a little longer for the paint to dry. Most paints are formulated for application conditions to be something less than 70% but that does not mean you can not put it on when humidity levels are higher. If you read the label it will probably say that "drying times may be longer" if humidity is higher. Go for it!

one thing i will recomend is if painting a room make sure if it is raining out you finish the room. Where i work we repainted offices and did it on two seperate days. one day was rainy the other wasnt. Out of the same can our offices was two diffrent colors. Humidity will affect final outcome of color

It isn't the best idea, but that is only for health reasons. If you can still open the windows and doors it is fine, but you should not paint in an enclosed area without any ventilation, the fumes alone could do a number on you.

I'm assuming latex paint. It will just take a little longer to dry and the smell might be annoying. If you can open the windows.

If the humidity is high, the paint will not stick. It'll be ok if the heat or the AC is running.....that'll take out the humidity.

I think it's ok to do that if it's raining and cool out. But I wouldn't do it if it is raining and warm and humid. That would be miserable for me.
