i am a sophmore, i am 16, i have a penis 7.5 inches long when its hard, is it normal? is it small for my age? Help??

There both right for 16 mostly it is 4-6 inchs its not to big or to small. Ur lucky to have such a good size when u are hard ... Down fall sometimes it hurts the female so its kinda better if they where on top so they know what to stop. but other then that its perfect !

Actually, that is quite good for a 16 year-old! An average, adult penis is 4 - 6 inches, so you're ahead of the game, my friend.

that is bigger than average size which is good. Forget about worrying that its too small scince the average adult penis is 6 inches.

7 1/2 " is above average for an adult male.
Length is not the only important issue - most women prefer girth (thickness) over length.
