Leaking exhaust. There's a very good chance it could kill you. Don't drive until you fix it.

Got to be an exsaust leak usually this could make the car a little louder and maybe make it idle strangly. After you fix that you might want to replace the cabin filter.

exhaust contains carbon monoxide a colorless, odorless gas that is leathal if inhaled for prolong periods of time
have it TOWED to a mechanic that you trust and have them look at it

There could be a leak in you exhaust gasket, or a hole in your air conditioning tubing.
