I am at the part where you play brian and the fire hydrants are everywhere...but i cnt get the cheerleading outfit? im always caught

okay sneak past the large section of bushes. Sneak into the bushes and follow the wall until you reach the water pressure valve. Turn the valve to activate the sprinklers and distract the cops head towards the van where the girls are standing if you go between the car you can disappear in the shadows and creep towards the outfit . Then just head to to guard at the gates.
