on myspace how do you get photos to go into a caption box?

alot of my friends have a full picture insted of a caption... how do they do that?

is there a certain website. because wehn i do some websites...they are too long and they cut off.

Upload them with Image shack or something like it, and get the code just like the code for your layout and stuff like that!

go to tinypic.com its shorter. then you get the URL LINK and you put it into < img src=" YOUR IMAGE LINK HERE" > but there is no space. good luck! (=
