Seriously if it's not celeb bb it's ball room dancing singing contests and even ice skating can any one suggest what we should do to get rid of them it's getting ridiculous

YES the other night of 5 terrestrial channels 2 of them featured so called soap stars singing songs badly (if i turn my TV on i expect to see proffesionals doing the singing!) and 1 featured some so called celebrities locked in a house talking rubbish, all of which make money from the public, add to that 'im a celebrity' 'Celeb come dancing' plus all the shows that feature talentless wannabes T.V. now is absolute rubbish however people watch it because its pretty much all that they are offered, the only way to stop it is for the morons who watch it to stop voting in, maybe try watching some quality programming (what little there is left) The public are dumbing down and T.V. is responsible, too many people are prepared to take what is offered to them an no one contemplates actually complaining or campaigning to get this rubbish off our screens and replace it with entertaining T.V. which isnt designed to make money from the viewers. T.V. has so much potential unfortunately it has been ruined by greed!

Yep - definitely sick of them. The problem is, not only is there too many of them, but they're all on at the same time so there's nothing to watch as an alternative. And they do it right in the very depths of winter so that everyone is going to sit in their house and watch telly and doesn't have anything better to do.
I also hate the fact that very few people on these shows really are celebrities. In fact, ITV were forced to change the title of "Celebrity Love Island" to just "Love Island" because there weren't any real celebrities on it.
But that said, I do love that Aussie guy Brendan who is on like all the reality shows. He is so funny just because he wants to win so badly! I can't imagine how anyone would actually be that bothered about whether they won that rubbish or not.

DON'T GET ME F***ING STARTED!! Not just Celebrity Reality shows,reality TV shows generally!What the hell has reality got to do with it?? The thing is that even the non-celeb shows are trying to make celebrities out of nobodies, and most of the celebrities on the 'celebrity shows are not really celebrated for anything. Don't people realize that this whole 'reality TV' thing is just about making incredibly cheap,lazy television. Where is the real reality, the real drama, the real comedy, the real ENTERTAINMENT??
We live in a culture now where the media exists solely to generate and exploit celebrities; where everybody knows who Kerry's dating, but nobody knows or cares whats going on in the World. The non-celebrity celebrity culture is the real Matrix- the world pulled over our eyes so that we don't start to think about our lives, our society, or what's going on out there.GRRRRR!!!

whats a celebrity reality tv show ? lol there is'nt such a thing coz all the "celebs" are all has-beens looking to plug a new record or tv show. When we have celeb reality show that include a-list ppl I would answer this question with a simple yes/no answer. Btw, how cool would that be ? a-list celeb reality tv shows ? get a house throw in arnie, stallone, lee evens, rik mayell & ade edmenson, tara patric, and other various porn-stars (female) and hey presto ! a worth while reality show.

I am most of the people there are washed up celebrities that were cool back on like the late 80's to the late 90's and even then they weren't famous movie stars most of the people that are on those show were in the TV (like Gerry Colman).
Those were the shows that our parents used to watch...lol :)

Its doing my head in, surely there is enough new talent out there to make something decent for us to watch on telly without bringing out all these ''has beens' to stick in yet another celeb show to bore us stupid.

I agree with you but there are exceptions...There's only one celebrity reality show that I actually like to watch Dancing with tha Stars....You don't like the other shows becuz they suck...
