Good Website to review animes?

I am a fan of anime, so i want to know if anyone knows of a website that tells me what si the anime about, and gives me a score on how good or bad the anime is. I just do not want to spend time downloading animes that are not worth it

Anime News Network has a very in depth encylcopedia that gives descriptions and lisence releases for anime and manga. Go to www.animenewsnetwork.com.
