There are two places that I know of, and more to come.
1. Yahoo has various games each week, go directly to the NHL thing on Yahoo sports.
2. Google has most of the games uploaded onto their server, but they aren't live. It's amazing how many games they do have on their. Search google for owner:nhl teamname
3. The NHL will eventually have all games uploadable on iTunes, seeing as it is iTunes there will probably be a fee. They did this last year during the playoffs, I'm sure they'll do something like that again.

Try Yahoo Hockey sponsored by Versus. You can watch various live games each week, sometimes the Leafs.
