Our company is known for it's gearhead workers but I am amaze no one can defind the term
We build cars and race them but the jokes are more like You know your a gearhead if.... still can't figure out what the what is
Blond yes but is there such a term with a defind term to go with it

The guy's (and gal's), who have fun spinnin' wrenches, talkin shop, buyin' tools, and figuring out whose got the biggest air gun. Oh and by the way I do.

GearHead = mechanic or car/engine buff
HoseHead = Fireman
BandAidHead = EMT or Paramedic
....got the idea?

the definition of a gearhead is a person who likes to work on vehicles and make them perform better

If you think of cars all day long, think of fixing them, and go out and fix them, modify them, buy perfomance parts for them..... live eat and breath anything to do with cars and trucks..... then your a gearhead.....like me... :)

A Gear head is just some one who knows about cars and loves to work on cars. Both of these things are required to be a gear head.
