With that iphone coming out i think i want a job at cingular do they pay more than t-mobile?

They do but it is not a percentage based on the cost of the equipment like other commission based sales places have. The commission is a fixed amount ($7) and the manufacturer and/or Cingular may have what's called a SPIF (Sales Person Incentive Fund) on a particular model phone to try and get the sales person to push a certain model over another in a sale. Apparently these were as high as $43 for the KRZR in the golden quarter last year. Check this out:
