Tools, Options, ...under Tabs -> settings and check the box that says to open the home page instead of a blank page.

You will need to go to:

1. "Tools" and select "Internet Options"
2. In the "General" tab, click on "Settings" in the section marked "Tabs"
3. Check the box marked "Open home page for new tabs instead of a blank page".
4. Click "OK".

wel..wat i do is that i'd go to my homepage website and somewhere on it, it should say in samll letters "make this website my homepage" and then ull get a window that says "do u want this to be ur homepage?" u click yes and then itz ur home page....if u wanna check, then on ur bar (above the url bar), click on the home and if u do get tat website, then gr8 if u don, then something is wrong...
