Three stretches:
1 - Cross your involved leg over your uninvolved leg while sitting. Use your hand to pull your foot into the pointed position.

2 - While standing, place the top of your involved foot on the ground (so that it is in the pointed position) and bend your uninvolved leg to increase the stretch.

3 - Kneel on a mat or on the ground with feet pointed underneath you. Place your hands behind you and lean back a little (not all the way). If you have knee pain with this exercise, stop, and perform one of the other stretches.

I think you would want to stretch gastrocnemius and soleus - they are the calf muscles. Perhaps this site would help, there are pictures of the stretches.
