I've noticed that a company may have a CEO, President and Chairman and all may be held by different people within a company. They all seem to be important positions. What's the difference between them in regard to duties and things like that?

A president is in many cases the guy who owns the employer (in smaller companies). in particular, he has the authority to take financial decions and has the signetory (signing) powers. the supervisor government officer (CEO) has each and all the determination making powers and authority, yet is in many cases works with a Board of directors (has to circulate by applying their acclaim for a significant determination or substitute that should consequence enormous money. a boss is almost a mum or dad to miss absolutely everyone else, yet does no longer have autonomous ruling. In an excellent employer, the president is in many cases the guy related to funds, the CEO is in many cases the guy related to operations, and the chairman heads the Board of directors.
