Usually harassment statutes are not that specific, but on occasion they are. I suggest you look at both your state's Criminal AND Civil Code. The reason for check both is that while there may not be a criminal claim, there may be a civil claim for harassment that stipulates an adult/child relationship specifically. It would help to know what state you were in.

Yes there are many laws preventing adults from harassing minors.Call your local police reprt the harassment to them if there is any merrit to complaint they will be able to stop it.

it would not be counted that it truly is an adolescent cyberbullying/harassing an individual. see you later because the bullying and harassment meets the criminal definition in that state for cyberbullying/harassment, then the teen should be charged if reported to the police, etc.
