Well, I don't know that I would call them anxiety pills, but there are natural supplements that can be very relaxing. Kava Kava is great and SAMe really helped me when I had postpartum depression (when my doctor wanted me to take Prozac - but the SAMe was great). I get my herbs from Nature's Sunshine because I trust their quality and know that they use the right part of the plant for the most effective supplements, so here are links to the products that I personally use:

Peace!

PS - the mention of fish oil, reminds me that olive oil on the adrenal glands (just below the ribs on theh back) can really sooth taxed nerves and help with anxiety. I rub it on after every shower and the difference can be profound and quick.

Do you want anxiety? Taking those pills will not help. They may even give you something else to deal with. Anxiety is mostly in your head. Learn to meditate instead.

You see a doctor.

These things can cause withdrawl symptoms that are extremely dangerous after about 2 weeks or less. These can lead to convulsions in some cases.

They can make your more prone to accidents and fall asleep all the time.
It would be extremily dangerous to drive while using them.

You cannot use them with alchohol because of hypotension and exsesserbaton of its effects.

You may be hypersensitive to them.

You may also have some of sort reaction to them as well as it interacting with other medications.

DO NOT use them your self without medical advice.

Achieve optimum mental health by supplementing deficient brain chemicals instead of resorting to dangerous antidepressant drugs
Pharmaceutical antidepressants aren't the best way to conquer our society's depression and anxiety epidemic, and they often have disastrous side effects, sometimes even increasing the risk for suicide. Taking the population as a whole, we're 100 times more depressed today than we were 100 years ago....
