What should I consider as a period?
I had ovulated on Nov 30, and had unprotected sex ( we're trying)! I should have started on December 14th and didn't, but on December 24 I had a light redish brown flow, which only lasted 3 - 4 days.. I took 3 pregnancy test, one when I was first late, one a week later, and one on December 24, all neg. My question is, should I count the flow on the 24th as a period? As of right now I am not considering any kind of period syptoms other than tiredness.
I am wondering so I know if I miss this period too? If I dont count the flow on the 24 and count the 14th as if I had started, that means I should have started the 8th, if not and I count the 24 as a period, I shouldn't start until the 22nd. I am so confused!

I would only count your light flow as a period if you've been under a lot of stress, any medications, or a drastic change in weight/exercise during the last month.

Otherwise, I think you're right for thinking that you're pregnant. The fact that you don't have any other symptoms doesn't mean a thing--many women don't have symptoms. With my first, the first sign of pregnancy was when I started puking...at 2 months!

Since it's been since Dec 24th, try testing one more time. It's been long enough that you should have a result by now. (Because you're over a month since your original Nov period.) If it's negative, wait until the 22nd... ...but I don't think you'll need to wait.

Okay best answer to this is go get a blood test done if you don't feel totally secure with the 3 potty tests.
I personally have low HCG (the pregnancy hormone) and can't do pee stick tests because they always come out negative...But a blood test's accuracy is 100% and can bring you security...
Now if you come back positive on the blood test than no you don't count it as a period.Because when you go to the Dr to confirm pregnancy they ask you for the date of your last NORMAL period.Meaning your last period that was exactly as it should be...
If you aren't pregnant than yes you count it as a period but as an abnormal period and then you should discuss the possible causes of why it was abnormal with your Gyne..

Hope That Helps & Good Luck,
