Their are lots of vaccines not invented yet. Such as something to prevent cancer. Or medication that will cure diseases such as aids or cancer.

A low cost, resilient, personally secure, and ultra-compact items tracer. This way, we can minimize, even eliminate, pickpocketing, losing keys, passports, and all important stuff by using them. A secure and intelligent system should be also be invented along with this.
I imagine a sort of like postage stamp or sticker that can be traced a mile or two away.

A wireless means of delivering a virtually unlimited amount of power (electricity or an equivalent) to an electronic device. (Batteries don't count, because they have a finite capacity)
This would eliminate the aesthetic and safety issues related to electrical cords, outlets, lines, etc.
Each device would need to have some sort of a meter so that the correct person would be charged for the usage.

A water maker that does not need water or power as an ingredient. That would more or less cancel any famines in foreign lands
There are other things that developing countries need, but do not haave the infrastructure yet to implement. Sigh

A machine that will wash your back when you're in the shower, so you don't pull a muscle trying to do it yourself. LOL. There's lots of fun stuff out there in people's minds that no one's invented yet.
