I used to take birth conrol about 4 months ago but i havent done so since then.. Can i just start taking birth control whenever or do I have to wait until after my period? Or do i have to wait for a certain time of the month to start taking them?

Don't take it at all. The Mayo Clinic just found a link between the Pill and Breast and Cervical cancer. Why risk it? Lean about Natural Family Planning, or NFP. It is effective too, if you follow it strictly.

You can wait until the Sunday after your cycle to start so you do not throw off your cycle or you can start them this Sunday if you like. It is all up to you however, make sure to use a back up contraceptive for at least a month after startign the pill and always take your pill at the exact same time everyday to ensure no lapses of medication in your system.

You need to start taking them once your period is over, and usually the best day to start is a Sunday.

The best time to start is the Sunday AFTER your period. That is when my family doc advised me to start taking mine.

wait for the sunday after your period ends then start it. That is the easist way to keep track and that is what my doctor has me do

after your period...bur you need to see your dr first..
