I totaly think it does when you work at disney you have to follow all these rules like what shoes to wear and not wear how to put your hair and wear make up it's a bit crazy but it's the "happiest" place on earth.Everything must be perfect.I saw it on TV years ago it was a behind the scens type thing.

Lindsay only did like one movie for Disney, The Parent Trap, because I just can't think of any other movies. She worked with Disney, yeah, but she's not a goody goody and there wasn't a mark on her complimenting that. She had to enroll in Alcoholics Anonymous because of drinking, she had very public run ins with the police, and she's been seen out clubbing a lot. That's not meant for a good girl. Hilary Duff's been out of being a goody goody a lot, she's changed her hair color and broken up with her boyfriend which isn't something a well behaved girl would do. I think you're right about halfway, but everything you've said hasn't been totally true, although I agree with your take on Ashley Tisdale - I can't believe they had to alter some of her lyrics just so they'd leave her still a nice girl. That's so not cool. Oh, and the episode-limit in Disney isn't fair at all, it's only around 60! So what will they do if a show is ultra-popular, right?

It depends upon what career goals the person has. And whether they've got a marketable talent and a good agent. Kurt Russell worked for Disney as a kid and into his twenties but he is something of a bad boy now and plays the tough guy in his films. Dean Stockwell was a Disney actor for years too but eventually broke away. There are a whole slew of other actors who have broken the mold. The image of the goody-goody is sometimes difficult to get rid of but sometimes the actor plays on it for all it is worth until no-one pays them any attention any longer. Or maybe they just weren't that good to begin with, acting-wise or in life.

I agree with you. The only reason people hate Hilary Duff so much is because of Disney. They gave her this "goody goody" personality and now that shes trying to change and stuff people hate her. I think thats pathetic!

I think these stars let the media attention go to their heads. Disney probably has rules in their contracts against doing stuff that reflects bad. So when the contract is up they go crazy.
Alot of Disney stars are fine, it is the quality of the person, not having worked for Disney.

No-Kurt Russell worked for Disney for years and he moved on to have a great career in films that were far from Disney approved.

Just because you worked at Disney doesn't mean you're jinxed!
Consider yourself lucky!! Its a place of employment, not a scar that will bruise you for life!
