Girls! i have had vaginal discharge for 7 months does that mean i will have my period? are there anywayz execpt steriods i can have my period sooner?

How old are you? What kind of vaginal discharge? I know this sounds gross, but for a young girl, a little bit of white crusty discharge on the underpants is normal. When your period is getting ready to start for the first time, it will not just "flow" out of you. You will have a day or two of brown colored (old dried blood) discharge for a day or two. Make sure you have a few panty liners on hand if you are worried.

YIKES!!! Have your period sooner!! Why would you want to do that?! Do you realize that once it starts you, will be having a period every month for like 30 years or more? Don't rush it! Then, every month, you will get bloated, your boobs will get sore, you'll have to remember to carry a pad or tampon with you all the time, but you'll forget often and start and not have anything, you'll get weepy and/or angry for no reason, cramps......You don't want to rush it. It'll happen when your body is ready for it.

I don't know about the discharge. It could be an infection if it smells. If it's nothing but a discharge then it might mean your period is coming sooner rather than later. I don't remember a discharge. I remember being home for lunch in 8th grade, when I was 13, and having a smidge of blood on my undies.

Really, Dianna is right. You should see the doctor for the discharge. I'm thinking infection, too. Even the school nurse might be able to help.

First of all you should have seen your Dr. when the discharge started and it's not to late to go now ASP. You could have an infection in your vagina, maybe yeast, I don't know but you shouldn't have secreations coming from there, is there an odor to it? Why can't you talk to your Mom about this? I started mine at
10 or 11 and my Mom let me stay home from school the 1st day or 2 with bad cramps and emotional. But, Please see your Dr now, this discharge doesn't sound like anthing to do with a period
after 7 months. Let him know if you are having intercoarse and be honest as he can tell when he put the scope up your uterus to
take a sample of what the discharge is? This must be done asp.

It could signify your period might be on its way. Start putting pantiliners in your underwear. And no, quit being immature and wanting your period to come faster. It's not something to show off, it's actually quite annoying. You wont like it.

hair growing in places that you never had is normal too. and trust me. you do not want your period sooner. just live with what you dont have now, and "cherrish" it for the many many years that you have it. Beleive me, I started at the age of 9, not fun.

stringy mucusy looking discharges mean you are ovulating. if you are on birth control you will know excatly when you will have your period. by excersing and drinking plenty of water, you will have more regular periods

ok...you shouldn't want it to come. i begged and begged for mine to come.....i was a "late bloomer"- i didnt get mine until i ws thirteen and all of my friends already ahd theirs. but u do not want it....it is such a mess and hassle to deal with
