I think that all radio and music tv stations should be banned from playing songs that have been played to death, often at the expense of other or better material by those bands or singers! You all know what i mean: Hotel California, Bohemian Rhapsody, Country House, Wonderwall, Don't Look Back In Anger, Bat Out Of Hell, Everything I Do (I Do It For You) .... the list goes on! I'm not saying that these songs are rubbish, just that those songs have been played too much, and should be dropped for a year at least. What songs do you think should join the list?

Depeche Mode - Enjoy The Silence, Madness - Our House and House Of Fun, Manic Street Preachers - A Design For Life, Pulp - Common People, The Clash - Rock The Casbah... these are all great songs by great artists, but they have other songs that just don't get played!

theres to many to list.... i go to the gym every morning and the station is always set to 20 on 20. it sucks... same boring, overplayed songs everyday.

yes... i vote them to be banned.

and eric t... i happen to be a fan of Snow Patrol and its Chasing Cars... youd think that if you heard it so many friggin times youd know what the song was called.

i know
there are these songs that are really great songs

but i cannot stnad them anymore cause i have heard it so much

if they would play it in moderation
then when you hear it again after a year or a few year, you still like it

sometimes when they take a break from a song and come back to it
you like it again
but most time i hate it

i am totally with you man

I think the beatles "here comes the sun" should be banned because when i was in middle school from September of 200 to June of 04 my princeipal played this everyday of school. (no im not kidding even through the holidays) so i hate this song, but i can lip sing it perfectly.
