Most hardware stores carry what is called a "Pressure bag" or something similar that hooks to the end of a common water hose. The priciple is that the end the water comes out is smaller than the end it goes in so it builds up pressure and expands to seal tightly inside the pipe. As the water pressure continues to build up inside the pipe, most clogs will move down the line and out of the way.
The bacteria treatments can be an effective remedy for sludge build inside a septic tank where it can settle, but it doesn't work well with moving water as it just washes away.
If you find that the pressure bag is not working and the water just builds up pressure its time for the guys at roto rooter who have the right type of sewer cleaning equipment.
Good luck.

Go to the local mega supply store and get rid X. It's a yeast like enzyme that eats the crud that builds up in pipes and septic systems. Just a spoon full down the toilet once a week will clear your drains up in a month or so. Let it get soaked before you flush.
