As good as it gets with Jack Nicholson and Helen Hunt is a great movie with lots of OCD. What about Bob with Bill Murray and Richard Dreyfuss is another great one.

Not a movie, but I suggest Monk. Of course, he's not JUST oc, but he's pretty funny.
Also, As Good As It Gets, with Jack Nickolson. Just because it's hilarious, and he's an excellent actor.
