I never have seen one, but think I heard one say my name in my ear late one night, and I was awake doing laundry and totally sober and completely sain...so that's why I wonder. I have a little nephew that never met his grandpa. The grandpa died before he was born. He never saw pictures of his grandpa before, but one day when looking at a photo album, he said, "THERE'S MY ANGEL"...he had been saying an angel was coming into his room...and he said the person in the picture, (his grandpa) was his angel....he was very small when this happened...like 2 1/2 or 3, so he didn't make it up. Creepy huh?

Yes I believe in ghost, and have seen them, the first was when I was 10, I woke to the feeling someone was staring at me, there was a little girl, maybe 5 or 6 with a sad look on her face, looked to be from the 18th century, I was not afraid, I asked her who she was and she just vanished, found out later our neighbor hood was an old burial ground, and lots of things happen in that house (Mom & Dad still live there) I've also seen shawdow people, and have taking pics of orbs in my bedroom just a week ago, how can Christians not believe in ghost? What do they think Jesus is? (The holy ghost)

I believe in ghosts but no i haven't seen one personally.

A freaky thing happened to my aunty though. She was at home by herself in her daughters bedroom and when she left the room she closed the door behind her. Shortly after when she tried to enter the room again she couldn't open the door more than an inch. Someone (or something) had moved the chest of drawers (which also had a stereo sitting on top of it) behind the door. As i said there was no one else home and the window in the room was locked from the inside. She has also seen the figure of a tall man standing by her bed.. Spooky huh?

I believe in ghosts. Though, i have never seen one but i thought that maybe i hear one laughing and then there was another occation. One night i got up to check on my little sister for some reason, and when i walked out of my room a ball was rolling accross the floor. At first i thought maybe it was the a/c. but there was no air flowing through the hall, nor are we on an incline, so the only other explaination was that there was either a ghost in the house or my sister was messing around. i check on her and she was fast asleep and no way could she get back in her bunk-bed quick enough.

Another night i was on the edge of sleep when i thought i heard a laugh. Like a teenage girl's laugh, my eyes flew open but there was nobody there, i thought maybe it was one of my sister's friends, but when i questioned them they said they hadnt even entered my room. they could have lied but then again why would they? ghosts are real; though they appear randomly.

Yes i have seen ghosts. I think i saw some other ghost certinly not a humen ghost. I was at my grandmother's house and was reading a book. i was sitting on my bed when i heard a funny noise like a devilish sound like a lil satan dude laughing... i didn't paid much attention to it as i thought the tv must be on then the blanket behind me started to shake... when i hit it i heard a screeching noise of some thing screaming or running. i droped the book and ran out of the house as quickly as i could... i tell you i haven't heard any humen make that noise not even special effects guy could top that off it was a unique sound and i will never forget it

Some people cannot see ghosts but still experience them. Like for example, one night I couldnt sleep and I stayed up pretty late just watching movies on a portal dvd player in my room while my boyfriend slept beside me. I got up to get something to drink, and came back to lie down in the bed. As I got settled, and got comfortable again I resumed watching my movie, however as I was about to begin in the corner of my eye I seen this pepsi can move back and forth on its side. There was no wind from the window, the fan wasn't on, and I didn't even go near the can when I came to the room.

When I went to Williamsburg, VA with my class last year they told us ghost stories. One was of a lady who died because she was run over by a horse & carriage who liked cats and wore floral perfume. Right after that I smelled flowers and saw a cat across the street and then saw a blue floating thing. (they said this "ghost" looks blue and misty).

I think this happened completely by coincidence because I was looking at a fire lamp while she told this story. And when you look at fire or light and then look away, there is a blue dot in your vision.

My point is that I do not believe ghosts are real.

In August of 2001 I went on a camping trip with five of my friends. We stayed in a cabin that belonged to the family of one of the guys on this trip.

Around 1am on the second night, I was sitting outside the cabin, which is located near the top of a mountain in New Hampshire, playing an electronic drum machine. Two of the other guys were sleeping, and the other three were playing cards inside.
An old woman's voice said "stop!"

I immediately stopped playing and looked around the pitch black clearing. As I suspected, I was alone. So I went on playing. A moment later, "Stop!" The old woman's voice said again.
Freaked out, I got up and went inside, and told the guys that I must be going crazy.

"Why?" Jason asked.
"I just thought I heard an old woman telling me to stop playing the drum machine."
Jason turned white and his eyes grew wide.
"I didn't tell you guys," he said, "but my grandmother tied a plastic bag around her head a few days ago and committed suicide. She left a note saying the pain was too much to go on living."

It was Jason's grandfather who built the cabin in 1935.

This sounds funny, one night, I was up late at night watching tv. My bed facing the doorway and I had the door open. As I was watching tv, it look as if someone in a white gown was walking back and forth in the hallway. The next day I asked my mother (the only female in the house) if she was walking around late last night in a white gown. To my surpise she explains her mother (my grandmother) was buried in a white night gown. Needless to say, I was freaked out
