Well I refuse to cast stones but like everyone I think honesty is best. Who knows he may give you the freedom and want to stay married it happens a lot. But if you must come up with an alibi there are options some of them obvious, others not including:
"Girl" trip with one of your friends.
Business travel for your work
Seminar for your work
Seminar or some other education opportunity work or non-work related
Camping or other outdoor event.
I the days of the electronic leashes that are cel phones, if he is at all suspisious you are going to get called, probably more than once. You'd better be able to talk or have a good story why you did not pick up.

I hope this OTHER guy is worth you losing your marriage. If there's something wrong in your marriage you should sit down and have a talk with your husband. How would you like it if your husband said he has a "business trip" and instead he's screwing around with another woman???? Remember that what goes around comes around. You can always say your going out with the girls to ______ and spending the night there. But, it will be in your conscience. Its woman like you who give married women a bad rep.

Invite him to spend the night out with another girl and see how he reacts. If he takes you up on the offer, then you're free to do whatever you'd like! He might just look at you weird and wonder where that one came from, though...
Okay, here's one: you could send him on a weekend golfing trip with his buddies...out or town... or something like that.

Why did you get married if your going to sleep around? Tell him the trueth and see what he does. I really hope he is cheating on you at this moment too. I would laugh in your face if he was....You do know that this will come back on you 100 more times then what you are doing...Skanky Skanky!!!

Tell him you are going to go **** some other guy tonight, and wait for his reaction. Be prepared though. You get what you deserve. Hopefully he does your BF in your bed or something like that.

Why lie about it? Tell him that - surprise! - you guys have an open marriage! And you'll be out of town for a couple days, aso he can call his gf and make arrangements for himself. Or you could just lie and wait for it to blow up in your face later.

I sure hope you get caught. Your husband is way to good for you and deserves so much better. Why not just put a big sign on your forehead that says "ADULTERER"
