120/80 or less. These days Dr.s are treating b/p's much more aggresively, thru studies have learned that any mildy elevated pressure is not good for heart or kidneys. (over time)

Assuming the person is pysically and not elderly 120/80 The last number is the most important one Higher or lower can make a big difference.
