what the majority of politcos are failing to notice are the blue color work force in america are getting sick and tired of the way the two major parties are playing around with our country.republican and democrats alike seem to forget this is a whole country ,but all they seem to care about is beating down each outher when their party has control over congress.instead of trying to work to solve so many of this countries problems it's my parties way or no way.with the cost of just going to work is rediculous, health care cost is a costly joke.just how old is this so called drug war?,they have,nt even had scurmish yet!one buttwhole in office gets his whang whped his party wants tomake him a martre,a celeb out the ho,and make his wife prez.the other dick head seems hellbent on killing every young person there is.2 partys, yea one side goes in and parties then the other side does the same,by the way some one tell hollywood that joe worker cares less about his view,so sit down and shut up!!!

,but one way to do it is to have runoff elections if you don't have a majority of the vote then the 2 candidates with the most votes should run again so they have to make promises to the majority and not some special interest group! so people will vote for the third party and not be afraid to throw their vote away if they get a second Chance! but also they should do away with tax breaks on everyone except those that vote since they really run the country so you will get more people voting and not leaving the voting up to special interest groups!

It may well be time for a third party to get involved, and there is hope. Joe Lieberman ran as an independent in the 2006 elections, and he won. Granted it was on a state level, but a win none the less.

this poorly spelled and edited diatribe fails to realize that America is NOT a two-party system. Granted a large number of times it is between the two, but there are others. What's so bad about being American? If you don't like it, I suggest you move on. There is no point in revolting, the government is NOT screwing us. Health care costs are being raised to astronomical levels by litigators suing doctors for doing their jobs. Maybe if malpractice insurance wasn't $500,000 a year, we'd have better medical costs. I doubt you could do any better, so go back to middle school and learn something before you embarrass yourself further.

There are other parties. The hell of it is they are as pathetic as Dems and Reps. Libertarians have shown squat in years. Socialist party? Come on! Wat we need to do before next election is form a GR Working man's party. Kick the whole pile of crap out of the outhouse and make it the White house again.
I'm a Working man. I bleed for a living and gamble on farming.
We Need a Grass Roots Working man's party without the lawyers and Politicians that is not afraid to shove a boot in an azz!

I would not call for a revolt, but yes,I agree with you.We need more options than the 2 we have now.And we desperately need TERM LIMITS!!!!! Perhaps if we had fresh faces and fresh ideas every few years instead of old dinosaurs like Robert Byrd and Strom Thurmond,John McCain and Ted Kennedy, then we would all be alot better off!!!!(I know Strom Thurmond is retired now)If the president is limited to 2 terms than why not have term limits for congress???same for the supreme court. No one should be given that much power FOR LIFE!!!!

In case you did not notice, Kinky Freidman and Caroline Strayhorn just tried it here in Texas and failed. It takes large amounts of money to run for office, and Independents don't usually have it. Joseph Leiberman won as an Independent, but he is a Jewish Republican in Democratic clothing.
I would rather work through the Democratic Party. They are the lesser of two evils.

Other parties can join the Politics in the US but the third or other parties must be strong enough to get rid of the Republicans and Democrats.

I agree the 2 party system has become corrupt its time to wipe ourselfs clean of this mess called politicans and replace them with artists and philosophers. Basicaly we need people who can actualy think in washington instead of mindless drones that just follow political winds pushed by the actual leaders who are trying to gain political control. I mean we do understand that people are gona try to serve their best interests most of the time. And this means you need to keep a check on your friends and what secret programs they have going on... Secret programs are the downfall of america I swear it...

Yes! Thank you!
I left the Democratic Party this year because I was tired of the "you suck!" "No, you suck!" middle-school finger pointing. All they exist to do is blame each other, and they spend so much time investigating whose fault something was that they never actually solve a damn thing. And yes! I'm blaming them for blaming each other!
The rest of your question was a little confusing though. ;)
