s now it doesn't work unless I twist the earphone round and round until I can hear music and only in one earphone at that. Anyone else haad this problem? If so how did you fix it? Please help :(

I threw the receipt away a long time ago but thanks for you suggestions.

Try some other earphones not the ones supplied if you only pay £20 for an mp3 you only get £20 worth cheapest isn't the best in the long run the manufacturers use the cheapest components,i worked in the industry

Yup, the answer above is totally right! Don't put up with second best here ... Asda are good on customer service like this ... just take it back with the receipt ( hope you kept it .... ). What you describe is unacceptable.

same happened to my daughters which was a christmas present from a relative. we took it back without receipt they gave us a credit slip for the money then we purchased a better one from the same store because they had dropped in price

sounds like you have got a dodgy one, take it back and ASDA will give you a new one, and refund... do it soon x

take it back get areplacement they will not quibble honestly it's their policy
