Plug and chug!

First solve for y:

y = -4x + 1.75

Then substitute the values of x individually.

y = -4*0 + 1.75
y= -4*1 + 1.75
y= -4*4 + 1.75

You will get the three corresponding values of y.

4y = -16x+7 ==>
4y = -16(0) + 7 => y = 7/4
For x = 0; y = 7/4 ==> (0, 7/4)
For x = 1; y = -9/4 ==> (1, -9/4)
For x = 4; y = -57/4 ==> (4, 57/4)

Just sub in the x values!

4y = 0 + 7
4y = 7
y = 7/4

4y = -16 + 7
4y = -9
y = -9/4

Etc

just plug the three different values back into the equation and find/solve the y coordinate

X=0
4y = 7 so y = 7/4

x=1
4y = -16 +7 so 4y = -9
y = -9/4

x=4
4y = -64 +7
4y = -57
y = -57/4

y=-4x+7/4

When x=0,
y is

y=7/4
y=1.75

When x=1,
y is

y=-4+7/4
y=-2.25

When x=4,
y is

y=-16+7/4
y=-14.25
