The best thing to do (because it's hard to really know without looking at you and the makeup...if you know what I mean..lol) is to head down to the mall and have someone at a make-up counter do a free consultation for you. Take notes of what colors they use and any tips and tricks they offer you. These are people who do this all day, every day. They can really help you.
Another inexpensive way for tips and tricks is to go to the local beauty/hair school (if you have one) and have the students give you a "make over" It will cost far less than a professional make over and they will have the newest trends and looks fresh in their minds, plus students really try to excel...I go to the local "Paul Mitchell" haircare school (Danbury, CT in case you're ever in town!) for hair-cuts, up-do's, etc....
Good Luck....I hope it helps!

Red hair and green eyes, huh? Sounds like light colors for you. I suggest a light brown color of eyeliner if you use eyeliner and a dark brown or light black mascara color. If you like lipgloss/lipstick I suggest light neutral colors to blend well with your fair skin.

i too have curly red hair, freckles, but brown eyes. i use peaches, auburns, creams, browns, and sometimes greens. i bet the same would work for you even though your eyes color is different. i would stay away from anything too bright and harsh, red heads look goofy w/too much makeup.

i think that you should wear light brown or a dark beige as of eyeshadow. For Mascara a black or Dark Brown. Lip Gloss a light pink or clear. I hope this advise helps.

natrual colors.
but if you want your eyes to pop try some green shades. not dark, like the light mossy colors. like H.I.P product. its really good for making your eyes reallt pop!
and maybe that shimmers a little bit.
