Can a lawyer who took the bar at GA and practices there move to D.C. and practice at Washington D.C.?

A lawyer from Georgia can practice in D.C. as long as a work permit is applied and approved thereat.

Yes. As long as he/she is a member of the BAR in D.C. he/she can practice.

HE has to have a lawyer with lic to set with him in court or take the bar exam in dc
