Interesting thought!! some muscles in our body are active and some are inactive.. penis muscle I suppose is partly inactive...
just like muscles of the years toes calf eyebrow.. and so on
if any one focuses they can teach the muscle to move in a certain mode...
Some can some cant
I can move my eyebrow (one only)
My focus has not worked on the other yet..
see how many men today will try working on their particular muscles
