especcially in crowded places where you cannot see all the things that every one around you is doing?

Yeah, sometimes.

I have that Godfather Mafia thing where I don't like to sit with my back to a room or window--I prefer sitting against a wall and I like sitting in the corner the best.

Could be agoraphobia or other social phobias. Check out the book Dying of Embarrassment--that's what I used to help get over my social phobia.

Maybe therapy, meds if it gets too hard to deal with. Meds really cut down on the physical symptoms of anxiety (though they do squat for my emotional/psychological symptoms.)

I avoid crowded stores and restaurants when I can, I figure the more people there are, the greater the chance of getting annoyed. My time, my choice.

Not that extreme. But I do despise talking to other people, especially strangers. Head for the nearest corner at a party and you and me can chat, because that's where I'll be!
