You really would need to differentiate between animated and live action Disney movies. My favorite animated Disney movie is Beauty and the Beast, followed closesly by Aladdin. Live action, I'd say POTC:COTBP. Then, computer animated movies are another category altogether. My favorites of those, in order, are Monsters, Inc., The Incredibles, Finding Nemo, A Bug's Life, and Toy Story.
I didn't care for Cars. Did it come before or after Disney took over Pixar? Disney hasn't put out a very good non-computer animated animated movie for a long long time. They used to do that better than anyone. But as far as computers, they can't do anything digital that Dreamworks can't do. And Pixar's only going to go downhill in Disney's hands. I'd love to see another great cartoon from Disney.

The oldies, but goodies. Davy Crockett, Pollyanna, Johnny Tremain. But I really like the Pirates series so far. Can't wait for the third one to come out.

The Little Mermaid.
I saw it in theaters when it first came out in 1989, and I saw it when it was re-released several years ago. "Part of Your World" is my favorite Disney song of all time too. All of the characters have great personalities that you can identify with.

Snow White - just think they had to draw the whole movie by hand - no computers back them - what a wonderful achievement.
