It sounds like your pad sensors are being activated. If your brakes are only 6 months old that should not be happening unless you drive around with the brakes on all day. Take it back to whomever did the rotors and tell them it is making noise.

Shocks do not get lubricated They work or they fail. So it may be that they are bent, but if it is happening only on a turn I would suspect something else since your shocks work more on an up and down motion then on turns.

Check your wheel bearings in the rear and also see if your tire is rubbing some part of the frame (look for shiny spots on the metal). (Hey.. remember that pedestrian that you THOUGHT you missed.... maybe he is... naw... never mind)

If your rear springs are broken this could also create a sound.. thats easy to spot if you crawl under and compare the right side to the left.

hope this helps.....!

It sounds like a clip that holds the pads in place might have come loose or you have a CV joint going out. I would suggest going to where you had the rotors done and have them check it out. It's not "life threating but it should be fixed . As for the "shock" screeching......sounds more like a bearing or brake drum problem to me .......have them check that at the same time you have the front brakes & CV's checked.
