I am guessing you mean "autism".It's a developmental disorder that is usually noticed between 1 and 3 but can be noticed earlier or later.Most children who have it have certain "behaviors" caused by it like rocking,hand flapping,or other repetitive motions.They usually make little or no eye contact therefor affecting their ability to talk and respond to someone talking to them.They often don't even notice when people are in the room with them or not.This is not true of all cases,and every child with Autism will have their own quirks or actions that may or may not fit the typical warning signs.There are also different levels,some are so severe that they won't ever fully recover and some will "outgrow"the symptoms with help such as speech therapy.
Also there is no specific tests that can diagnose it,because it doesn't show up on any scan or test.and there is no known cure,just help such as speech therapy,occupational therapy,etc to help them overcome.It's a very broad subject with a lot of info. so it may be better to look at a website dedicated to it.
